Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite 2 days remote)

Contract Duration: Initial contract until June 2028 with possible extensions

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst Web/Mobile to support the management continuity and future evolution of a critical mobile forms platform used by field technicians and administrative teams.
The platform serves as a collaborative environment where operational data work assignments and progress updates are exchanged through digital forms. Following a major redesign currently underway the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the long-term sustainability enhancement and support of the solution.
- Support end users by answering questions related to daily platform usage.
- Analyze and process enhancement requests.
- Assess feasibility costs timelines and impacts of proposed changes in collaboration with management and internal teams.
- Act as second-line support for incidents and application issues.
- Ensure high levels of quality and reliability in both testing and production environments.
- Conduct impact assessments risk analyses workload estimations and project planning activities.
- Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform detailed functional analysis of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate closely with architects business stakeholders end users and technical teams.
- Balance user experience performance stability and operational requirements when designing solutions.
- Contribute to Agile project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
- Proven experience in at least one Web/Mobile project.
- Minimum 8 years of experience designing and delivering mobile solutions that operate both online and offline.
- Strong hands-on experience with data modelling.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working within Agile environments.
- Experience working with project methodologies such as:
- Agile / Scrum
- PRINCE2
- PMBOK
- PMI
- Excellent command of either Dutch or French with a good understanding of the other language.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Experience within the utilities sector.
- Experience with field service management projects.
- Hands-on experience with data modelling in document-oriented databases ideally Couchbase.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working for a distribution network operator (DNO).
- Functional knowledge of energy network management including interventions and incident handling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Focus on delivering reliable user-friendly and scalable solutions.
