Job Summary

Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to design develop and maintain high-quality software solutions built on Microsoft technologies. You will play a key technical leadership role ensuring code quality application performance and long-term maintainability while mentoring other developers and collaborating closely with architects and business analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design develop and maintain applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 10.
  • Build scalable secure and maintainable software solutions in collaboration with the architecture team.
  • Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
  • Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure application quality performance security and reliability.
  • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies aligned with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Expert-level experience with:
    • C# / .NET ( 10)
    • Web API
    • Entity Framework Core
    • MVC
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • REST APIs
    • Swagger/OpenAPI
    • SQL Server
    • Unit and Integration Testing
    • Authentication & Authorization (JWT OIDC Claims)
  • Experience with Blazor is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture secure coding practices and application performance optimization.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
Languages
  • Fluent in French or Dutch (C2 level).
  • Good command of English (C1 level).
Work Arrangement
  • Hybrid role with at least 2 days per week onsite in Brussels.
  • Teleworking is permitted within Belgium.
