E&I Package Owner
Job Summary
- Take full ownership of the electrical package throughout all project phases from conceptual and detailed design to procurement installation testing and commissioning.
- Define and manage the electrical package scope technical requirements deliverables and interfaces ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Coordinate internal engineering teams suppliers and contractors ensuring effective collaboration with process mechanical civil automation and instrumentation disciplines.
- Review and approve technical specifications electrical drawings calculations equipment data sheets supplier proposals and other package deliverables.
- Monitor package progress costs planning risks changes and quality implementing corrective actions or escalating critical issues when necessary.
- Ensure that electrical designs and installations comply with project specifications applicable regulations ATEX requirements safety standards and quality procedures.
- Act as the main point of contact for all electrical package matters supporting technical meetings and reporting progress risks and key issues to the Project Manager.
- Bachelors or masters degree in electrical Electromechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 35 years of experience in industrial electrical design and/or construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical routing systems including cable routing and installation layouts.
- Ability to understand electrical design concepts and determine the appropriate location of equipment systems and interfaces within an industrial facility.
- Experience coordinating electrical work with other engineering disciplines suppliers and contractors.
- Knowledge of applicable electrical regulations and standards including RGIE/AREI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project and client sites with a valid driving licence.

Required Skills:
Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering mechanical engineer process engineer or a related field. Experience: at least 5 years as senior project engineer Experience in Construction management projects. Knowledge and experience in CDM regulations. Knowledge of project management systems and tools (e.g. MS Office MS Project). Languages: English Availability for travel in national and international based on the project requirements Drivers license.
