Devops Engineer

• Build maintain and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate application builds testing and deployments across different environments.
• Support development acceptance training and production environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for repeatable and consistent environment provisioning.
• Work with containerised applications and orchestration platforms.
• Implement and support monitoring logging and alerting solutions.
• Integrate security and quality checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Support releases deployments configuration changes and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with developers and operations teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to incident resolution root-cause analysis and environment stability.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• University degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in DevOps CI/CD software delivery or a similar technical role.
• Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions Azure DevOps or equivalent.
• Practical experience with Git/version control Docker and containerised applications.
• Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Ansible or similar technologies.
• Good knowledge of Linux environments cloud platforms and monitoring/logging solutions with scripting experience in Bash Python PowerShell or similar.
• Experience integrating security and quality controls into CI/CD pipelines and supporting application deployments across multiple environments.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to work effectively with development operations and other technical teams.
