We are looking for a motivated Developer to join a dynamic development team working on enterprise applications that support critical business processes within the public sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer who wants to build strong technical expertise while working alongside experienced professionals in an Agile environment.

You will contribute to the development enhancement and maintenance of web applications and reusable software components while gaining exposure to modern technologies and development practices.

• Contribute to the development of new and existing web applications and software components.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support the maintenance testing debugging and enhancement of applications.
• Ensure technical solutions align with established architecture standards and development frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers analysts and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Assist other IT teams in integrating shared software components.
• Communicate openly and effectively within the team and with stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies tools and best practices.

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience applications.
• Good knowledge (C#) .NET Core and Web API.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of Entity Framework Core (EF Core).
• Knowledge of Angular 20 or higher.
• Educational background or training in software development and programming technologies such (C#) and .
• Dutch language proficiency at CEFR C2 level.

• Experience with Scrum and Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of NGRX.
• Knowledge of CQRS architectural patterns.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with coding testing debugging and application maintenance.
• Understanding of collaborative software development practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a development team.
• Interest in modern web technologies and software architecture.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

You will join a team responsible for developing and maintaining a broad portfolio of applications and shared software components that support business-critical operations. The team collaborates closely with other development groups and plays a key role in delivering scalable reusable solutions across multiple projects.
