Job Summary
Role Description:
- Working alongside multiple product teams you provide architecture leadership and technical support within the end-to-end data management lifecycle.
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical initiatives participate directly in development efforts and represent the full internal and external capabilities of the enterprise data platform.
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience in at least one key track: Analytics & BI development Data Analysis Data Engineering or Platform Administration.
- Platform Architecture: Deep hands-on knowledge of Azure Data services (e.g. Databricks ADLS SQL DB) using technologies like Python and PySpark. Highly experienced in building and maintaining metadata-driven frameworks on Databricks at a senior data engineering level. Additional experience with Angular Azure Data Factory (ADF) or Power BI is an advantage.
- DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines version control (Git) and automated deployment strategies.
- Enterprise Data Strategy: Proven track record in defining and owning scalable end-to-end Data Architecture in line with enterprise standards. Active involvement in shaping data strategies governance master data management (MDM) metadata management data quality and data security policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience collaborating closely with compliance privacy risk information security support and operations teams to integrate regulatory and operational requirements into design choices.
- Business Engagement: Eager to build domain business knowledge and translate business needs into technical solutions while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Methodology: Strong problem-solving skills structured execution and hands-on experience within an Agile/Scrum delivery model. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
