Associate Director, Procurement BE

About your tasks:

• Develop and successfully implement strategic procurement strategies.
• Lead annual supplier negotiations and negotiate purchasing terms and conditions with manufacturers focusing on key KPIs such as purchasing discounts bonuses and payment terms.
• Analyze and optimize key performance indicators including margins revenue development supplier delivery performance and sales dynamics.
• Identify opportunities to drive growth and improve margins across the product portfolio ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Retail Media Category Management and Demand & Supply teams to develop and implement joint initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong sustainable and long-term partnerships with manufacturers.

Qualifications :

About Your Profile:

• A completed degree in Business Administration Economics or a related field or a comparable commercial qualification.
• Several years of experience in strategic procurement ideally within OTC non-prescription healthcare or FMCG (Health & Beauty) sectors.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with proven experience in negotiating prices and commercial terms with manufacturers.
• Excellent analytical skills and confidence in working with KPIs and reports combined with a pragmatic hands-on approach.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
