We are seeking a professional friendly and organized Receptionist to join a luxury wellness and hospitality environment in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests ensuring a welcoming and exceptional customer experience while managing front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and clients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointments bookings and phone inquiries
- Handle customer requests and provide accurate information about services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Process payments and maintain basic records
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Respond to messages and inquiries promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist front desk agent or customer service representative preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
