Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement.
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and proactively address risks impacting delivery.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy product backlogs and prioritize work.
- Track sprint metrics and provide transparency into team progress and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and promote Agile best practices across the organization.
- Foster a collaborative high-performing and self-organizing team environment.
