Job Description:

Jobpurpose

  • Maximizes the growth of the assigned productswithin the country by developing and executing commercial action plan based on the CVTsbrand strategy and brandplans

  • Leads the cross-functional execution of projects and contributes to theLung CancerCVTswith local insights andrecommendations

  • Leads marketing mix execution and coordinates processes related to business planning marketing plans portfolio management market research business performance tracking and multi-channel marketing.

  • Having a high degree of impact on the business resultsandtypically responsibility for managing 2 brands and interacting with a variety of business profiles (sales reps medical HEMAR etc.)

  • Contributes to the EMEA/MSM Functional Marketing Networks representing the local interest and providing localinsights

  • Ensures full compliance with J&J Credo and HCBI principles to preservetrust and reputation towards HCP and patients using theproduct

Jobresponsibilities

  • Accountable for leading the development and execution of the local commercial action plan based on the brand plan to position the product in line withthe CVTsstrategy and to achieve the committed business objectives (e.g. NTS) with the agreed resources (OOPbudget)and manages marketing budgets compliantly and responsibly

  • Leads the cross-functional Local Action Team (LAT) ensuring the deployment of the commercial tactical plan and coordination of cross-functionalprojects

  • Ensures the execution of the local cross-functional stakeholderengagement plan with the LAT for competitive advantage drives external focus of theLAT

  • Leads local commercial projects such as development and execution of campaigns development of sales material congress presences market insight generation projects with an innovativeomnichannelapproach

  • Adaptstranslatesand garners approval of centrally developed promotional materials

  • Leads andcontributesto preparation of sales and cycle meetings

  • Plans monitors and tracks the performanceoftherespectivetwobrands and by monitoring the competitive landscape and

  • Develops and manages partnerships with external key stakeholders todrive competitive advantage andJ&Jsreputation

  • Contributes to the CVT by providing marketing expertise deep local market insights customer needs competitor insights by engaging local stakeholders with development of local plans and by leading local commercial/marketing projects within the function and acrossfunctions

  • Contributes to the development of the overall training plan and leadsthe development and execution of the commercial trainingelementsby training and supporting field-based team integrates their feedback in further activities

  • Supports the development of the local cross-functional business plan from a country perspectiveleadsthe development of the local commercial plan provides insightful input into local financialforecasts

  • Contributes to the EMEA and the Mid-Sized-Markets (MSM) Marketing Functional networks (if applicable) by providing local market expertise sharing best practices and representing the localinterests

  • Accountable for full compliance of all projects and activities with laws and J&J regulations. Role models the Credo. Ensures continuity ofsupply

Competencies

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administrationor Life Sciences (BA/BSc or equivalent)

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience

  • Demonstrated record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical sales or marketing

  • Solid understanding of the Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry

  • Digital Omnichannel experience seen as advantage

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

69000.00 - 109480.00

In addition to base pay we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location where the actual amount is based on the employees and companies performance of the previous calendar year or sales commissions.
