Job Summary

As a Global Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the Connectivity - NFC Product Line. You will own the entire lifecycle of your product portfolio from concept to end-of-life ensuring its success by aligning customer needs market trends and organizational goals. With a focus on innovation strategy and cross-functional leadership you will help position our solutions as market leaders. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Product Definition and SCOPE Management: 

  • Elaborate product requirements costs and timelines. 

  • Collaboration with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle. 

  • Serve as the first point of contact during project execution and support internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Business Ownership 

  • Maintain and evaluate the product positioning leveraging the (4Ps(Product Price Place Promotion) 

  • Own and continuously validate the products business case  

  • Collaborate with Regional Product Marketing Teams to monitor and support the DIN funnel. 

  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure the teams have the resources to succeed. 

  • Strategic Leadership: 

  • Support and contribute to product roadmap definitions. 

  • Develop innovative product ideas and USPs to achieve market leadership. 

  • Drive the product strategy through customer market and competition analyses. 

  • Go-to-market execution: 

  • Define and implement product market Introduction plans ensuring the readiness of product packages training materials and promotions tools. 

  • Train and equip the sales force to ensure effective product promotion and adoption. 

  • Market scouting & Innovation: 

  • Analyze market trends competitive landscapes and emerging technologies to guide innovation. 

  • Propose new business models and make-or-buy strategies for inorganic growth. 


Qualifications :

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related fields. 

  • 5 years of experience in the Semiconductor field of product Management is a plus 

  • Strong technical knowledge of NFC Applications and standards is a must 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-focused and team-oriented approach. 

  • Automotive Market understanding Tier1 and supply channels is a plus 

  • Business fluency in English; and German is a plus. 

  • Willingness to travel internationally. 


Additional Information :

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement of the Electrical and Electronics Industry employment group H ( The monthly salary is paid 14 times a year. However we offer a higher salary depending on your experience and qualifications.
