Engineer R&D Process (MFD)

Tasks

• Develop and optimize lithography-based metal additive manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments analyze data and implement innovative solutions for metal 3D printing applications.
• Conduct research on new materials and techniques to enhance the capabilities of the Hammer Lab35 and other 3D printing systems.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation to support the scaling of processes from R&D to mass production environments.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive advancements in Incuss metal additive manufacturing technology.

• Exceptional accuracy precision and attention to detail combined with strong practical skills
• Trustworthy and discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information
• Well-organized conscientious and responsible working approach
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Quick learner with excellent communication skills
• Strong English communication skills both verbal and written; German proficiency is an asset

• The gross monthly salary for this position as stipulated by the collective bargaining agreement starts at 3415.01 (14 payments per year). However a higher salary is possible depending on relevant experience and qualifications
