About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Solution Architect to join our growing Microsoft practice in Austria.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in designing and delivering enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders functional consultants developers and project managers to define solution architecture lead implementations and ensure best practices across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery ensuring high-quality implementations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants developers and third-party vendors.
• Design integrations with external systems using Azure services APIs and Microsoft technologies.
• Ensure solutions follow Microsofts best practices governance security and performance standards.
• Support pre-sales activities solution demonstrations and technical workshops when required.
• Mentor consultants and developers while promoting technical excellence within the team.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering multiple enterprise D365 CE implementations.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Dynamics 365 Sales

• Dynamics 365 Customer Service

• Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights (desirable)

• Power Apps

• Power Automate

• Dataverse

• Experience designing complex integrations using Azure Integration Services REST APIs Logic Apps or Service Bus.

• Solid understanding of Microsoft cloud architecture and the Power Platform ecosystem.

• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Experience working on international projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management.
