You are the right fit if you have:

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or related fields

• 3 years of experience in developing deploying and scaling machine learning models to production

• Experience with NLP or other machine learning technologies machine learning techniques and tools like Torch or Tensorflow

• Good experience in working with Python and Scala

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases

• Strong problem-solving skills comfortable with ambiguity and open-ended questions

• End-to-end ownership from prototyping a model to deploying and monitoring it in production

Nice to have:

• Masters degree in a related field

• Understanding of cloud-based services especially Google Cloud Platform or AWS

• Knowledge of NoSQL database systems

• Knowledge of agile software development techniques

• Experience with agent engineering and AI tools like Cursor Claude etc.
