Job Summary
- Based at Newman Ops (BHP)
- 8/6 Roster (Tuesday to Tuesday)
- Days Only 12 Hour Shifts

The Product Support Advisor (PSA) is responsible for the provision of high level technical support to Customers on site and as required.
- Act as the on-site technical expert providing high-level support and advice to customers on Liebherr mining equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues to maximise machine performance and minimise downtime.
- Work closely with Liebherrs Technical support departments to facilitate the timely resolution of technical system and component faults and failures.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering practical solutions technical guidance and exceptional service on site.
- Mentor apprentices tradespeople and maintenance teams while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across our operations.
- Relevant trade qualification in Mobile Plant Diesel Fitting Mechanical Fabrication Auto Electrical or High Voltage Electrical with strong experience supporting mining equipment in the field.
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical hydraulic and electrical systems delivering safe and effective solutions in demanding site environments.
- Strong technical capability with the ability to interpret engineering drawings technical manuals and specifications and provide practical recommendations to customers and maintenance teams.
- A customer-focused approach with the confidence to build relationships mentor others share technical knowledge and represent Liebherr professionally on site.
- The ability to provide accurate and timely advice.
- Attention to detail when providing feedback / reports to internal stakeholders or the customer.
