As the Learning & Development Lead youll have the opportunity to shape learning strategy influence organisational performance and lead programs that support employees at every stage of their career. Working closely with leaders across Australia and New Zealand youll play a key role in creating a culture of continuous learning and development.
Develop and drive the Learning & Development strategy to build capability across theorganisation.
Partner with leaders toidentifyskills gaps and translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
Lead the designdevelopmentand continuous improvement of learning programs across classroom digital and blended learning environments.
Manage and develop a team of Learning & Development specialists providing coachingguidanceand leadership.
Oversee early careers and apprenticeship programs ensuring strong outcomescomplianceand talent pipeline development.
Measure learning effectiveness report on outcomes and drive continuous improvement through data and feedback.
A minimum of10-15years experienceinthe Learning and Development sector.
Tertiaryqualificationsin Human Resources EducationOrganisationalPsychology orrelateddiscipline.
Proven experience in Learning & Development including experience leading learning strategy and capability initiatives.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles instructional design and training needs analysis methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to designimplementand evaluate learning programs including measuring effectiveness and business impact.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) digital learning platforms and external training providers.
Excellent stakeholder engagement coaching and leadership skills with the ability to influence and build capability across a diverseorganisation.
