Our Admin Trainee Program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of business administration from assisting with customer enquiries and supporting internal and external stakeholder preparing and processing invoices purchase orders and other business documents. Youll rotate through various departments gaining insights into how our business operates and contributing to our ongoing success. This program reflects our dedication to reliability performance and developing talent for the future of our organisation.

The Opportunity:
  • Build practical administration capability and gain a broad understanding of how administrative functions support the broader business.
  • Develop strong administrative skills through hands-on experience in day-to-day business operations.
  • Participate in structured learning and on-the-job experience including Registered Training Organisation (RTO) training product training and interactive teaching sessions.
About You:
  • Whether youre finishing school returning to the workforce or seeking a fresh career path wed love to hear from you
  • Motivated team players with a keen interest in business administration
  • Are curious eager to learn and quick to adapt
  • Possess strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Enjoy planning organizing and working with computers
  • Are diligent reliable and responsible in completing tasks
  • Initiative and self-driven with problem solving skills
  • Drivers licence preferred
