Job Summary
CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead workshop operations ensuring production assembly testing and delivery targets are achieved safely efficiently and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong industrial electrical mechanical or manufacturing background who enjoys mentoring teams and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise workshop activities assembly testing and production schedules
- Lead mentor and support workshop personnel and Trade Assistants
- Coordinate labour materials and resources to meet project deadlines
- Oversee quality control testing processes and documentation requirements
- Maintain a safe organised and productive workshop environment
Skills & Experience
- Previous Workshop Supervisor Leading Hand Foreman or Senior Technician experience
- Strong industrial electrical mechanical fabrication or manufacturing background
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong planning organisational and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement
