Our Workplace Experience team create a welcoming supportive and inclusive environment by providing memorable experiences for our clients visitors and workforce. Were looking for someone who will bring their fantastic reception administrative skills and capabilities to support all that we do in our Workplace Experience space.
About the role
Based at corporate reception in our Perth (St Georges Terrace)office we are looking for a person who enjoys a challenge understands what a good customer experience looks like and can grow meaningful connections that will allow our workforce and guests to feel not only acknowledged but provided with a true sense of belonging.
This integral position ensures the smooth running of our AEMO offices both locally and nationally ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience when visiting our sites and leave with a positive impression of our AEMO Brand.
What you will be doing
- Answering calls on reception responding to staff queries
- Events management inc. meeting room coordination event set up and set down and managing catering requests
- Greeting staff visitors & accepting deliveries
- Overseeing requests via the mailbox/MS Teams
- Workplace Front of House/Concierge/Catering
- Anticipating workforce and visitor needs
- Taking initiative to troubleshoot issues and find solutions
- Support employee Onboarding and Offboarding
- Reviewing invoices/purchase orders for processing in D365
- Records and Database Management
- Health and Safety of our people and workplace
- Working alongside our National Workplace team to continuously improve the workplace experience
What you will bring to the role
- Previous experience working in corporate reception
- Strong organisational written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Teams
- Detailed understanding of Workplace Support and Concierge services
- Strong knowledge or understanding of Facility/Property support functions
- Understanding of Facility/Property compliance requirements within an administrative environment
