Workforce Analyst

What youll do

• Deliver workforce dashboards (utilisation overtime compliance)
• Analyse data to identify workforce risks and cost drivers
• Provide insights to support workforce planning and decision-making
• Support reporting for key people processes and operational needs
• Ensure compliance with awards enterprise agreements and governance

• Experience in workforce analytics or workforce planning
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Experience with SAP HCM is required; experience with other workforce systems (e.g. Spinifex) would be highly regarded
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Knowledge of Awards and Enterprise Agreements
