About the role
Were looking for a Work Health Safety & Training Coordinator to join our Morningside team.
This is a hands-on role supporting our people and operations across WHS training compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Youll work closely with our National WHS Manager and site leadership to:
- Coordinate WHS inspections audits and risk assessments
- Support incident investigations root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Manage employee and contractor training and competency records
- Monitor training compliance and liaise with training providers
- Coordinate toolbox talks and safety training
- Maintain WHS systems reporting and documentation
- Support emergency preparedness and safety initiatives
- Promote a positive and practical safety culture
About you
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent
- 25 years experience in WHS training or compliance
- Knowledge of Australian WHS legislation
- Strong communication organisational and analytical skills
- Confidence working with people at all levels
- Experience with Microsoft Office and WHS systems
- Current Drivers Licence
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122) First Aid incident investigation experience or experience in food manufacturing seafood logistics or warehousing will be highly regarded.
