Job Description

Elastomers Australia are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Operator to support our Mackay team. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor the main focus of the role will be carrying out a range of warehouse duties in a timely and professional manner working Monday Friday 6.00am 2.30pm.

Duties

  • Oversee dispatch of stock to clients in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records relating to the dispatch of goods
  • Efficiently arrange warehoused finished stock for streamlined dispatch
  • Follow procedures to ensure product delivery is of the highest standard
  • Assist staff clients and representatives with locating stock for replenishment and inventory record purposes
  • Assist the Inventory Controller in rectifying and resolving finished stock discrepancies
  • Assist in the resolution of delivery issues and concerns
  • Meet all internal and external customer service levels
  • Adhere to quality control and assurance systems

Requirements

  • Previous work experience in within a warehouse/store person position
  • Demonstrate exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task and work to strict deadlines
  • Clear interpersonal communication skills
  • Valid forklift license and experience
  • Demonstrated safe work behaviours
  • Ability to endure physical work with repetitive lifting bending twisting
