Whats the role
There are multiple Full-time Permanent roles onsite in Kogarahcommencing18th September2026 & 25th September 2026.
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting Westpac customers with their banking needs in a fast-paced inbound contact centre environment. Efficiently resolve inquiries identify opportunities to promote relevant products and services and contribute to a seamless and positive customer experience.
What do I need
Your journey will begin on18th September 2026or 25th September 2026 asa Virtual personal Banking Advisor; youll be the friendly voice guiding our customers through their banking journey. Youll handle a variety of customer inquiries from simple account balances to complex product-related exceptional communication skills will be essential as you build rapport and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Were searching for customer service superstars eager to kickstart their career with a reputable bank. Specifically were looking for individuals who possess:
- At least 12 months of customer service experience (any industry)
- Thrive in a corporate and professional working environment
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced KPI-driven environment
- Genuine interest in Banking and Financial Services
- Availability to work on a 40-hour rotating roster covering shifts between Monday Friday 8 am 8 pm AEST
- Hybrid work model after your first 6 months
The office operates across 5days Monday to Friday with rotating shifts scheduled between 8 AM and 8 PM AEST - Weekend shift MAY be available (9am - 6pm AEST)
