Village Cleaner

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

We are looking for reliable & experienced village / industrial style cleaner to join our team located Merotherie NSW

• 14 days on 7 days off roster
• Salary of $82311 Superannuation
• Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) role ideally suited to candidates from Dubbo Dunedoo and surrounding areas
• Supportive and professional team environment
• Accommodation and meals provided while on site

The Position

As a Village Cleaner your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering linen throughout the village and surrounding site areas
• General cleaning of village common areas inclusive of toilet blocks
• Cleaning amenities toilet blocks and BBQ facilities
• Operating a forklift in accordance with site procedures
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness hygiene and safety

The Person

• A current White Card
• Previous experience in industrial commercial or village-style cleaning
• A strong work ethic reliability and positive can-do attitude
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A flexible team-focused approach and willingness to assist across departments
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety procedures
• The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening (at no cost to you)
• A current manual drivers licence and reliable transport for DIDO travel
