Heathglen Village is a vibrant and inclusive community that offers more than just a place to liveit provides a lifestyle of comfort connection and purpose. Nestled in a prime location directly opposite Pacific Werribee Heathglen combines convenience with tranquillity making it an ideal setting for residents and a rewarding workplace for those who support the Village Administrator youll be the first point of contact for residents guests and contractors providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the village are seamless. Youll work closely with the Village Manager supporting them across a range of administrative and operational tasks including:Providing warm professional customer service to residents visitors and contractorsAssisting with reception duties and managing incoming enquiriesSupporting the Village Manager and team with administrative tasks and daily operationsMaintaining accurate data records and assisting with invoicingCoordinating contractor inductions and ensure EHS complianceConducting resident welfare checks and follow up as neededCreating and distributing newsletters and community updatesHelping organise and support community events and activitiesShifts This role offers 3 days of work per week working a total of 22.5 hours per : 9am to 5pmThursday: 9am to 5pmFriday: 9am to 5pmAbout YouFor this role you will have excellent diligence and organisational skills coupled with the ability to work autonomously to complete tasks. Your strong customer service skills will allow you to effectively consult with our residents and visitors. To be successful in your application you will have the following;Administration and demonstrated customer service experienceDemonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel) and ability to pick up new systemsExcellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse communityExceptional interpersonal skillswith a bubbly approachable personality that helps build trust and rapport with residents families and team membersBe highly organised and able to prioritise competing tasksWillingness to learn and professionally developA professional initiative-taking and can-do to Join the FunIf youre passionate about fostering a vibrant well-run and caring community for independent seniors wed love to hear from you!
