Training Coordinator

About the role:

This position is situated within MacKillop Seasons and The MacKillop Institute and reports to the Lead Training and Customer Experience. The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating the delivery of training and events to support national service delivery. The operational remit spans supporting training programs including (but not limited to) Seasons for Growth Seasons for Healing Sanctuary Power to Kids ReLATE and MHEALTH. The role will support training delivery for core services and funded projects including Seasons for Life and Disaster Readiness/Resilience.

This is an on-going opportunity based in Belrose NSW within our MacKillop Seasons and MacKillop Institute teams.

About you:

Were looking for a highly organised and collaborative professional to coordinate the planning and delivery of a dynamic national calendar of training and professional learning this role youll manage end-to-end event logisticsfrom scheduling and registrations to travel venues and resourceswhile working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

Youll play a key part in enhancing our programs by liaising with project leads securing venues supporting trainers managing workflows and improving processes that elevate outcomes for our teams and communities. Key Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to set priorities plan and organise their own work-load meet deadlines and key deliverables.
• Flexibility to respond in agile manner to changing community needs as they arise.
• A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values and an awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children young people and their families.
• Support of the mission and ethos of MacKillop Family Services.
• Experience in community or education settings.
• Experience with using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365.
