Job Summary

About the Role

Are you passionate about supporting learning and development through efficient administration CERT are looking for a detail-oriented Training Administration Officer to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and operational this role you will manage day-to-day administrative and personnel services including student enrolments certificate issuance and maintaining the student management system. You will be the backbone of our training operations - ensuring students are supported every step of the way through the administration process.

This role will report to Training Operations Coordinator and collaborates closely with the Salisbury Team.

About You

Essential Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • High level accurate data entry skills.
  • Effective written communication skills.
  • Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
  • Microsoft Office competency.

Desirable Knowledge Skills and Experiences:

  • Experience using aXcelerate (or similar Student Management Systems) including managing enrolments student records reporting and compliancerelated processes.
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • An understanding of training packages and programs.
  • Experience with accounts invoices and office business systems.
