Trainee Service Advisor Hoppers Crossing

Located in Hoppers Crossing the Werribee and Western Automotive group is looking to for a trainee or inexperienced Service Advisor to join the team and grow within the industry.

Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience ensuring every guest receives professional friendly and efficient service throughout their vehicle ownership journey.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop ensuring a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service at every interaction.
• Scheduling customer vehicle bookings drop-offs and collections efficiently.
• Maintaining clear and effective communication between customers and the workshop team.
• Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries regarding vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Preparing accurate service documentation processing invoices and handling customer payments.
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering a consistently positive service experience.
• Working collaboratively with the Service team to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Demonstrating a willingness to learn develop and grow within the role.

About You

• Have previous experience in the industry or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Be reliable well organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.
• Demonstrate a stable employment history and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
