Trade Assistant

Position Overview

You will gain comprehensive knowledge of our installation and repair services as well as insights into our factory operations. Our responsibilities encompass the installation and servicing of industrial doors garage roller doors panel doors automatic door openers gate openers and various other specialized products all conducted at client sites.

What will you do

• Factory duties including stock loading/unloading and dispatch.
• Installation and servicing of a range ofdoor products.
• Providing a high level of service to customers.
• Provision of advice to both existing and new customers.
• Driving to building sites

What we require

• Current C Class Driver Licence
• Ability to use a variety of power tools
• Physical ability and agility to perform the required work
• Previous experience working in a construction environment or similar role
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

What we prefer

• Forklift licence and experience operating a forklift (highly desirable)
• EWP licence and/or experience operating an EWP (highly desirable)

• White Construction Card (highly desirable)

• Enjoys practical hands-on work
• Enjoys travelling to and working across different sites
