Reporting to the Territory Manager - SA NT & TAS this full-time home-based role in Hobart / Launceston Tasmania focuses on driving revenue and business development within the mining HVAC and industrial addition you will:

• Drive specification development and conversion within the assigned territory managing spend within the approved expense budget

• Grow and develop market opportunities strengthening Victaulics presence and pipeline

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors project managers designers specifiers and buyers

• Provide technical and commercial support to customers including product selection service problem resolution and value creation

• Translate budget and revenue targets into actionable territory plans activities and priorities

• Maximise territory performance through effective planning scheduling and coverage management

• Support training and promotional activities for specifiers distributors and contractors

• Maintain accurate CRM records provide weekly territory reports and prepare annual budgets and monthly sales forecasts

About You

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Proven track record managing technical sales or business development ideally within the mining HVAC water or industrial environment

• Piping systems experience will be an advantage

• Demonstrated experience undertaking site visits and engaging with owners engineers and contractors

• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to challenges

• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

• Solution-oriented and high analytical and organizational skills.

• A valid Australian Drivers license and willing to travel as required.
