What youll do

As a Technical Director Geotechnical basedin our Brisbane Officeyoullcontributetoprojects and programs thatmake a real difference and be part ofateamthat embraces challenges welcomes diverse ideas and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

• Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
• Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions
• Contribute to resilient and innovative and impactful engineering solutions
• Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance

What youll bring

• Provide technical leadership in the planning design and delivery of complex geotechnical solutions aligned with the Aurecon Blueprint.
• Bring recognised subject matter expertise in Geotechnical Design
• Lead by example demonstrating inclusive leadership behaviours that inspire trust collaboration and high performance including mentorship and coaching of emerging professionals
• Champion safe sustainable resilient and impactful design outcomes ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
• Be recognised internally and externally as a technical authority in Geotechnics particularly when navigating complex technical challenges

• The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
• Major project experience with Department of Transport and Main Roads will be looked on favourably
