About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to manage key customer relationships while providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to ensure successful implementation adoption and ongoing optimisation of the companys compliance platform.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with venue operators and key stakeholders
  • Leading customer onboarding implementation and technical enablement activities
  • Providing technical advice and best-practice recommendations to maximise platform performance
  • Supporting and gathering feedback from customers with system configuration integrations and upgrades
  • Collaborating with Product Implementation and Support teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
  • Conducting technical demonstrations workshops and proof-of-concept presentations

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience within the gaming hospitality or RegTech industries
  • Strong technical account management or customer success experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Outstanding written verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to confidently engage with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
  • Collaborative approach with internal cross-functional teams
