As part of the process youll complete a quick online assessment its a combo of fun game-based tasks and a few video questions. It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be done within 48 hours of applying. Once youre done youll even get a personalised insight report (think of it as a snapshot of your strengths and how you like to work).
