Lead and develop a high-performing support service

Rocky Bay is looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead our Gosnells service and support the delivery of high-quality person-centred services for adults with disability.

This is an opportunity to take a key leadership role working closely with customers families and key stakeholders while building a strong capable and supportive team.

We are looking for an experienced leader to guide our team. You will bring strong interpersonal skills sound decision-making capabilities and a deep genuine commitment to enriching the lives of adults living with a disability.

As the Team Leader youll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and coordination of the service ensuring a high-quality experience for customers and their families.

Youll lead and support Support Workers providing coaching guidance and development while ensuring the team has the skills training and support needed to meet individual customer needs. You will bring strong interpersonal skills sound decision-making capabilities and a deep genuine commitment to enriching the lives of adults living with a disability.

Youll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing the team through coaching mentoring and regular feedback
• Overseeing master and fortnightly rosters to ensure they meet customer needs and operate within budget
• Building strong relationships with customers families Support Coordinators Therapists and other key stakeholders
• Developing and reviewing customer plans and coordinating supports to meet individual goals
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to build trust with families and coordinate smooth transitions into ongoing Short Term Accommodation.
• Risk & Governance Manage operational incidents and feedback using insights to strengthen service quality and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring the service meets NDIS quality standards legislation and Rocky Bay policies and procedures
• Promoting a positive person-centred culture across the service

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll work closely with your team and the people we support while providing the oversight and direction needed to deliver an exceptional service.

About You

Were looking for an experienced leader who can bring strong people skills sound judgement and a genuine commitment to supporting adults with disability.

Youll have:

• Previous experience in a leadership role and managing diverse teams
• Strong understanding of NDIS regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Ability to promote the business and its services to increase brand awareness attract new customers and support business growth
• Relevant Certificate III/IV in Disability Individual Support or similar
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and relevant mandatory training
• Current Australian drivers licence
