In this role you will:

• Own end-to-end recruitment across apprentices graduates and early careers pathways
• Partner with hiring managers to shape hiring plans attraction approaches and workforce needs
• Deliver high-volume campaigns including sourcing screening assessment and onboarding
• Support the delivery of future talent programs including attraction campaigns and engagement activities
• Build talent pipelines and identify opportunities to improve diversity and long-term capability
• Provide practical advice and insights to stakeholders on hiring approaches and market conditions

• A strong end-to-end recruiter who can operate independently and deliver at pace
• Confidence working with hiring managers and providing clear practical advice
• Experience managing multiple priorities across high-volume or program-based hiring
• An interest in early careers talent pipelines and building future workforce capability
• A collaborative outcomes-focused approach with a strong team mindset
