As ourSystems Engineer you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes:
- Design build and maintain core infrastructure systems
- Keep systems secure reliable and highly available
- Diagnose and fix issues across production environments
- Manage patching upgrades and vulnerability remediation
- Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Support change management and rollout activities with minimal disruption
- Work closely with engineers and stakeholders across the business
How will you support our Why
- Strong experience managing on-prem infrastructure (VMware / KVM bare metal)
- Solid Linux experience is essential (RedHat/CentOS) with Windows admin skills also valued
- Experience with automation tools Ansible is essential with Terraform or Puppet desirable
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (GitLab essential)
- Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals
- A proactive mindset you dont wait for problems you fix them before they happen
