About the Role

Were seeking a Systems Analyst to support critical finance technology platforms across Finance & Advice. This 12-month contract opportunity offers exposure to ServiceNow administration Power BI reporting SharePoint governance and finance systems support. Working closely with finance and technology stakeholders youll help strengthen governance improve processes and support the adoption of emerging AI capabilities across the function. The role can be based in Brisbane Sydney or Melbourne and offers the potential to transition to a permanent position.

What Youll Do

• Manage ServiceNow administration activities incident reporting and workflow governance. You will help ensure finance users receive timely support and reliable system outcomes.
• Deliver data analysis and reporting through Power BI and other Microsoft tools. Your insights will support operational decisions and ongoing improvements.
• Administer SharePoint access governance and content management across Finance & Advice. You will help maintain secure and effective collaboration environments.
• Support data governance activities including maintaining business terms and contributing to governance frameworks. This will improve data quality and consistency across finance systems.
• Partner with finance technology and external stakeholders to support projects testing and training activities. Your contribution will help deliver successful system enhancements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the evolving AI governance agenda. You will help prepare the function for future ways of working.

What Youll Bring

• Experience as a Systems Analyst Finance Systems Analyst or similar role within financial services insurance or a regulated environment. You can connect business needs with practical technology outcomes.
• Hands-on experience administering or supporting ServiceNow including incidents workflows and governance activities. You understand how effective platform management improves user experience.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills using Power BI and Microsoft tools. You can translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
• Experience with SharePoint administration user access management and governance. You can maintain controls while supporting collaboration across teams.
• Knowledge of data governance process improvement and risk management practices. You apply structured thinking to improve quality and compliance outcomes.
• Understanding of finance processes accounting concepts or finance technology platforms. Experience with Oracle Fusion or general ledger environments will be highly regarded.
