About the role

Join a busy electrical workshop near Brisbane Airport building and wiring industrial switchboards. This is a hands-on role suited to qualified overseas electricians and experienced electrical trade assistants with a strong switchboard or industrial background.

This role is NOT suitable for inexperienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire modular industrial switchboards
• Install breakers relays busbars and electrical components
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Complete testing fault finding and quality checks
• Work to Australian Standards and workshop safety requirements

Qualifications/Experience required

• Switchboard switchgear or control wiring experience
• Experienced electrical trade assistant background
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
• Strong industrial or switchboard manufacturing background
• High attention to detail and safety focus
