About the opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Manager Sustainability Reporting to lead and own Steadfast Groups sustainability reporting function. This role will drive the delivery of high-quality compliant sustainability disclosures while partnering with stakeholders across the business to enhance reporting processes strengthen governance and support the Groups sustainability strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end sustainability reporting process including annual disclosures emissions reporting and compliance with reporting standards.
• Oversee the collection analysis and verification of Scope 1 2 and 3 emissions data.
• Drive continuous improvement of sustainability reporting systems controls and data collection processes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders subsidiaries and external auditors to support reporting and assurance requirements.
• Prepare sustainability reports conduct scenario analysis and provide recommendations on emerging reporting requirements and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sustainability reporting ESG assurance or climate-related disclosures within a Big 4 or mid-tier professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting standards climate disclosure requirements and the GHG Protocol.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a deadline-driven environment.
