We haveCasual and Part-Time opportunitiesavailable offering a variety of shifts including days afternoons weekends and sleepover supports. Open availability including the ability to work sleepover shifts is required.

As a Disability Support Worker youll support people to live as independently as possible build confidence achieve their NDIS goals and enjoy greater connection with their community. No two days are the same and every day brings an opportunity to make a genuine difference.

• Supporting people to develop everyday living skills including cooking housekeeping budgeting and social skills.
• Providing person-centred support including personal care where required.
• Supporting community participation through outings appointments activities and social connections.
• Helping people maintain meaningful relationships with family friends and support services.
• Supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern in a calm respectful and professional manner.

ACertificate III in Individual Support (Disability)is advantageous. Youll also need or be willing to obtain the relevant screening and compliance checks First Aid and CPR and hold an open drivers licence with comprehensive vehicle insurance.
