About The Role:

We are currently seekingmultiplepassionateSupportWorkersto join our dedicated team on acasual basisservicing locationsin and aroundPenrith and Blacktown.

• Support customers in developing skills and maintaining independence in the community.
• Provide respectful person-centred personal care and daily living tasks including domestic duties.
• Use manual handling techniques and equipment safely and confidently.
• Build positive empowering relationships that help customers achieve their goals.
• Be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster including overnight weekends and public holidays.

• Experience supporting customers in a community setting.
• Confident and comfortabledriving a 12-seater van.
• Comfortable withpersonal careand supporting participation inactivitiessuch asgym sessions.
• Experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities including working withcomplex behavioursandbehavioural support plans.
• Ability to think on your feet remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Empathy reliability and a genuine commitment to supporting people to live life their way.
