About the Role
- Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of services.
- Deliver professional frontline customer service and assist clients staff and stakeholders.
- Coordinate appointments travel fleet building maintenance and other operational activities.
- Maintain accurate records databases and documentation while supporting reporting requirements.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering exceptional community services.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in an administrative customer service or office support role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly approach.
- High level of computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
- A proactive adaptable and team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
