Structures Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Structures Foreman with a strong background in structural works for multi-story residential projects to join our established team at the One Redcliffe development in Moreton Bay.

As an award-winning South-east Queensland-based builder-developer Gardner Vaughan has a 37-year history in acquiring developing and delivering multi-residential projects valued up to $120M. Reporting directly to the Site Manager you will join a collaborative team of up to 10 site staff on an impressive multi-res project located in North Brisbane. Overseeing sub-contractors and logistics bringing an expert level of planning and communication to manage risks and maximise productivity across the four pillars of Time Safety Cost and Quality.

• A trade or Construction Management qualification Essential
• QBCC Builders Open licence (supervisor / builder) Essential
• Drivers Licence and Construction White Card
• Proven structural experience on multi-story residential projects
• Comprehensive understanding of building codes standards and methodologies
