Your day to day:

• Lead from the front creating a positive high-performance culture where your team feels supported motivated and confident to shine every day.
• Coach mentor and develop your team building capability and empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently and proudly.
• Shape an energised inclusive and customer first environment that feels welcoming genuine and inspiring for both customers and your team.
• Bring Optus strategy to life instore by running smooth efficient operations and continuously finding opportunities to uplift outcomes performance and overall customer experience.
• Address raised customer concerns with calm professionalism modelling effective deescalation and guiding your team in resolving complex or sensitive situations.
