Store Manager

Join e&s as a Store Manager and take full ownership of a high-performing showroom environment. Youll lead a passionate team drive commercial performance and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience when designing their kitchen bathroom or laundry.

This is a key leadership role where youll set the tone for culture performance and customer experience. Well support you with strong training systems and a collaborative leadership team along with a competitive remuneration package and genuine career progression opportunities.

This role involves:

• Leading the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the showroom.
• Developing coaching and inspiring a high-performing sales and support team.
• Driving sales service and operational excellence to achieve store targets.
• Ensuring a seamless customer journey from consultation through to installation and follow-up.
• Overseeing inventory order management supplier coordination and showroom presentation.
• Building strong relationships with customers suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Creating a positive accountable and high-energy team culture.
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance processes and customer experience.

Qualifications :

• Proven leadership experience in retail showroom sales hospitality or a similar customer-driven environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and operational outcomes.
• A hands-on leader who leads from the front and sets clear expectations.
• Ability to coach develop and elevate team performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance people process and performance.
• High energy resilience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
