Were looking for an experienced Store Delivery Project Manager to join our Property team on a 12-month parental leave contract and play a pivotal role in bringing our store pipeline to life across the Asia-Pacific region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded project professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys managing multiple projects across diverse markets. Youll lead the end-to-end delivery of new store openings relocations refurbishments upgrades and selected closures ensuring projects are delivered safely on time on budget and to Lovisas high standards.

About the role:

As the Store Delivery Project Manager youll take ownership of projects from initial approval through to store handover. Partnering closely with Retail Leasing Design IT Logistics and Finance teams youll ensure seamless project execution across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full lifecycle of retail store projects across the APAC region

  • Driving project programmes timelines and critical milestones to meet opening dates

  • Managing project budgets capex forecasting tenders contracts and variations

  • Coordinating landlords consultants contractors and statutory authorities

  • Leading project meetings and ensuring accountability across all stakeholders

  • Maintaining quality compliance and brand standards throughout delivery

  • Managing practical completion store handover defects and project close-out

  • Supporting remote project delivery in international markets including SAF projects

  • Providing clear project reporting risk management and stakeholder communication

About you:

You are a highly organised and commercially focused Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering retail or multi-site construction projects in a dynamic environment.

Youll bring:

  • Significant experience delivering retail fit-outs store development construction or multi-site projects

  • Strong project management expertise from planning through to handover

  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets contracts tenders and cost control

  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills

  • Strong understanding of construction documentation compliance and quality assurance

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • A proactive solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail

  • Experience working across APAC markets

  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required
