The Role
Salary: $76K - $100k base (based on experience) super salary packaging.
Hours: Permanent Full-time 38 hours per week
Location: Coffs Harbour some travel may be required within the region
We have an exciting opportunity for Speech Pathologist to work within a multidisciplinary team of experienced Occupational Therapists Behaviour Support Practitioners and Allied Health Assistants. You will use your knowledge and experience to provide therapy support to a variety of people and working across different environments such as telehealth at their homes day programs schools workplaces and in the community. You will be working towards holistic functional goals as a Speech Pathologist providing support for goals related to communication and mealtimes while working closely with others in the team.
Essential Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and membership to Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Minimum P2 NSW drivers licence.
- Satisfactory background checks including; Working with Childrens Check and NDIS worker check (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven experience working with those with complex needs.
- High level communication skills and knowledge including reports and progress notes to a professional standard.
- Ability to work with participants across the lifespan including early intervention school aged children young people and adults.
- Commitment to people and providing quality services.
- Knowledge of the Disability Service Standards.
