This is a permanent full-time role with a hybrid work key responsibilities include:Under supervision commensurate with experience and in compliance with practicing certificate:Provide a professional thorough and effective legal service to achieve the best outcome for Avants members and and manage legal files relating to claims coronial inquests and/or complaints and other members in matters before AHPRA the Health Care Complaints Commission and other regulatory bodies; before courts; and/or tribunals and/or a professional thorough and effective legal service to achieve the best outcome for Avants oral and written legal advice to members and Avant Claims Managers and other internal clients concerning legal claims and/or complaints and general medico-legal be successful in this role you will be:Eligible to hold a practising certificate as a Solicitor in New South Wales.
