Soft Services Manager

We currently have anopportunity for a Soft Services Manager. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the contracted Soft Services and the delivery service to a premium commercial building north of the Melbourne CBD. Reporting to Senior Facility Manager youllhelp deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Achieve optimum results in relation to service delivery vision and leadership client relations and financial management; ensure customer and client satisfaction.
• Effectively organize and deploy resources (personnel equipment facilities and capital) to deliver high quality service and products in line with client and customer expectations.
• Establish and sustain a productive relationship with key client contacts through day-to-day contact.
• Scrutinize cost of external contractors (e.g. waste linen) on behalf of client to ensure the client is receiving the most cost-effective arrangement.
• Compile prepare and assist with the Client Monthly Reports.
• Daily Weekly & Monthly reporting to the FM and Management team.

What Youll Bring

• Extensive experience in Cleaning and Soft Services.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package including Word Excel Access and PowerPoint.
• Excellent Time Management Planning and Organization Skills.
• Proven ability in the administration of work orders and supporting systems.
• Experience working with and managing large teams.
