The Role:

• Prepare SMSF financial statements annualreturnsand compliance documentation

• Assistwith the administration of a portfolio of self-managed superannuation funds

• Process fund transactions investmentactivitiesand member balances

• Prepare workpapers and supporting documentation for audit requirements

• Liaise with clients auditors financialplannersand other external stakeholders

• Assistwith pension calculations contributions benefitpaymentsand compliance reporting

• Review trust deeds funddocumentationand regulatory requirements

• Ensure compliance with superannuation legislation and ATO obligations

• Support senior team members with technical matters and client service delivery

• Contribute to process improvements and ongoing team development initiatives

About You:

• 23 years SMSF administration experience within an Australian accounting or specialist SMSF firm

• Degree qualified in AccountingCommerceor a related discipline

• CA or CPA studiescommencedor intention tocommencehighly regarded

• Strong understanding of SMSF legislation compliancerequirementsand reporting obligations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail andorganisationalskills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities

• Professionalproactiveand client-focused approach

• Motivated to continue developing a long-term career in the SMSF sector
